We have made non-fiction writing a focus for our workshop this year.
The snow on the playground supplied lots of ideas and enthusiasm for writing "how-to" books.
We had ideas and suggestions as to the best way to create these frosty friends, despite the fact that almost half of us have not made a snowman before.
We tried to remedy this at recess, but the snow did not cooperate. I guess it was just not "snowman making" snow!
We have continued with our writing and our hope that we will make a real snowman soon.
